Dr. Cindy Chan
Dr. Chan is a family physician who completed her medical school at the University of Ottawa and residency at McMaster University. She has practiced in a variety of clinic settings including general family medicine, long term care facilities, and chronic pain clinics. She has a special interest in urgent care, chronic conditions and mental health.
Dr. Andrew Yan Sim
Dr. Sim is a family physician who completed his medical school at Queen’s University and residency at McMaster University. He is currently appointed as an adjunct professor at McMaster University in the Department of Family Medicine. In addition to a busy practice in family medicine, he also has a special interest in sport medicine and is also the assistant team physician for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL and lead physician for the Hamilton Forge FC.
Dr. Kevin Velicaria
Dr. Velicaria completed his family medicine training at McMaster University in 2016, the same year he won the national NextStep leadership award from amongst Canada’s medical residents. He practices in a primary care clinic, where he also teaches medical learners. He has special interests in geriatrics, mental health, diabetes, as well as other chronic conditions.
